3-Step Admissions Process

✅ STEP 1: Application & Fee

​

• Complete the Admission Application Form online.

• Take a screenshot of the confirmation page at the end.

• Pay the $25 non-refundable application fee.

  Note: Your application is not complete until we receive the payment. Your place in line is based on when the fee is received.

Once we confirm that a spot is available, you will be invited to Step 2.

✅ STEP 2: Submit Documents & Assessments

​

You will receive an email requesting documents to determine eligibility. These may include:

• Previous report cards

• Reference letters

• An interview or assessment test (as needed)

✅ STEP 3: Admission Status & Registration

​

If your child is accepted:

• You will receive a portal log-in

• Complete the online registration forms

• Pay the registration fee in full within 24 hours to secure the spot

📌 Important Notes

1. $25 application fee is one-time and non-refundable.

2. Applications are valid for the school year they’re submitted. If a spot is unavailable, it may be extended with a written request.

3. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Age cut-off: Children must meet age requirements by December 31 (e.g., JK = 4 years old by Dec. 31).

5. Special Needs: We are not equipped to accommodate children with learning or physical disabilities.

6. Grades 1–3: Applicants must have a C+ or higher in core subjects (Math & English) or pass an entrance assessment.

7. All students must submit accurate information and may be placed on a 2-month probation period upon admission.
